Dishonest

So how this for service.........bought an item that was on special from Takealot, got sent the wrong item of lesser value, sent it back so that they can replace it with what I ordered and paid for, now the tell me the price has change and I cannot have it any more...........Takelot sent the wrong item, but now its my fault...........so dishonest.......
