DISGUSTINGLY POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF RESPONSE!!!

I ordered a Sunbeam Slow Cooker on COD and waited 15 days for the delivery. It finally arrived and I handed over the cash to the courier who handed the parcel item to me. I opened the parcel and I received a huge shock when I discovered a toaster in the box! A toaster in a box with a sticker barcoded saying "Sunbeam Slow Cooker"! I immediately tried to hand the box back to the courier asking for my money back & at the same time showing him the error. I had been sent a toaster instead of a Sunbeam slow cooker! He refused to return my cash or take the box back and he left. Since then I have made numerous unsuccessful calls and written numerous unsuccessful emails referring to the huge mess Takalot made. I finally managed to get a human on the phone and they told me it will be ANOTHER TWO WEEKS FOR THEM TO SORT OUT THEIR MESS UP!!! When i check my account it says I signed for the parcel I DID NOT!!! It says I returned the cooker. I DID NOT!!! I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE A COOKER!!! HOW CAN I RETURN WHAT I DID NOT RECEIVE!!! I HAVE A STUPID LITTLE TWO SLICE TOASTER!!! I want to return it and get my money back. This is a warning to everyone out there. DO NOT, DO NOT ORDER FROM TAKEALOT!!! WHEN THEY MESS UP, THEY MESS UP BIG TIME!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I am now struggling to get them to respond to my calls and emails! They have my over R608 cash and I have a stupid little 2 slice toaster!!! How long it's going to take me to get my money back, who the hell knows! NEVER EVER TRUST AN ORDER FROM TAKEALOT TO GO WELL! BE VERY WARY OF THEM! And as for their Customer Care , they need Customer Care themselves. Notice there is no email address on the Internet for them. They hide incognito because they know they will be flooded with bad emails!! Do not order from Takelot! Its an experience from hell!!
