DISGUSTINGLY PATHETIC SERVICE!

I ordered items on the 15th December. Received half of my order on the 28th, with no further update or notification on the balance of my items. I ordered items from Shein on the same day I placed my order with Takealot, and that parcel FROM CHINA arrived in a week and a half, whereas I still have not received my full order with Takealot. Delivery was promised on the 30th December and we are now on the 2nd January and still no updates. I am unable to get support to assist with feedback on my items, and would just like to cancel those two items and will NEVER EVER ORDER WITH TAKEALOT AGAIN!!!
