Terrible service. Pool cleaner bought, sent back as it was a product (Zodiac Pool Cleaner) that was faulty and useless, it was "fixed" and sent back in the exact same condition. Takealot I then proceeded to log a second return and credit on the account which Takealot cant seem to comprehend. Bronwen promised this to me as she understood this frustration but it seems she's on a fat holiday and Kamva i can only assume is hard of hearing as the product was send back now a second time. I then proceeded to speak to Rhoda who also now has gone MIA after she promised to get back to me and ensure the credit is done. Takealot, your team is useless.
