Shocking pathetic ****sters disgusting no accountability no service I ordered dog food for adult and puppy online. I was informed that delivery would be next day. Great was my surprise to receive a note that now suddenly my delivery will be a week later. First red flag food arrived on designated date - hot as hell as it had been in the car without aircon for 8 hours+ and bag 1 was torn open and bag 2 was damaged and sellotape was taped over it. Who in their right mind will accept food like that. Mould, rat infestation, contamination even poison comes to mind. I refused to accept. I was told you can’t refuse you have to accept and then return so I said I refuse to accept it. They the Takealot team then processed a return on my account. They stalled deliberately and kept on saying they will collect at my house. Collect what? I never accept it. It went back with driver The refund came yesterday guess what bag 2 was torn open. I have photos to prove. So I refused to accept.it. I phoned and was told I will receive my money back today. Guess what the **** artists did - they provided me with a credit. You are welcome to buy anything. I don’t want to buy anything I want my money back and I want it now. So another phone call and another fight.
