Disgusting Takealot service for undelivered items!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am absolutely appalled by takealot service offering, after ordering and paying for a leather desk pad on the 9th of October - I received no desk pad. The order was delivered containing other items. Since Monday 21 October I STILL have no joy. Customer service agent after agent telling me about how they will escalate the matter.

I asked why it was logged as a return when I haven't received any item - agent cannot tell me. Everyday I have a driver at my door to collect the return, if only I could get feedback on my query as many times as the returns driver comes out!!!!!!!

Takealot - either deliver my item or refund me - its simple. How long can a warehouse take to investigate whilst I don't have what I paid money over for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
