Disgusting Takealot service

I would not recommend Takealot. Placed my order on 17 May 2020 and got confirmation that order will be delivered in next 5 days. After a few messages from them the order was delayed. Then got a message on the 25 May 2020 that my order will be delivered before 17:00 that day. When I checked the status of my order it showed that is was signed and delivered by me. No order was ever received by me or any family member. One can only email them currently to investigate the issue but their response is absolutely pathetic. I would like to know who signed for my order and what happens now? Looks like nowadays a random stranger can collect and sign for your order. Absolutely pathetic.
