Disgusting takealot service.

Normally I'm happy with Takealot but the last two times have been pathetic to put it into kind words. First incident happened with the driver apparently saying our office receptionist was not available ( which is bull as we have more than one person monitoring our companies gate), the driver didn't bother to phone to see if I was available either. I phoned takealot got through to a helpful gentlemen who got the driver back to our offices the same day. Arrogant doche who complained that I was making him late for other deliveries.

2nd incident has the same driver, at least coming into our office park this time around, drops off half of my ordered stock and bolts out before I am able to check and sign. I logged a query with takealot that seemed to start off well but has absolutely lost track and is receiving no further response from the team. Query ***3.

I dislike resorting to social media and platforms like hello peter for negative reviews as things can often be sorted without this nonsense.
