DISGUSTING TAKEALOT DELIVERY SERVICE

I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the service of one of your delivery guys. My delivery was scheduled for 11th of May and the driver called me asking for my directions then he said he doesn’t know my area (the address was right there on the order package!!! And this is not my first order, so I don’t know what was so big that he can’t just deliver it to me) and it’s a high risk area but he will be at a nearby mall until 7pm and I should come and get my package. In my efforts to make it easier for him, I gave him an alternative address which was less than 10mins away, he said he would deliver there and I should wait for him. He never pitched and he turned his phone off, I tried numerous times to contact him and he kept saying he’s coming. The last time I spoke to him before him switching his phone off he said he’s waiting for the police to escort him, which is a big lie because never have I heard of police escorting Take Alot delivery vehicles out of areas. This is such an unprofessional way to deal with customers and not only do I want my package but he must be dealt with because this is unacceptable.
