Disgusting Takealot

Order no: *** Order placed on 23 Jan 2022, 3 items, delivery 5-7 working days . 28 Jan, 5 full working days later, no stock on 1 item, expected delivery 8 Feb. I ask for the other 2 items delivery and I’m told I might incur delivery expenses for the split. I ask a refund and given a run around. The order has be fully paid for. So Takealot, why are u so unfair, worse thing is you don’t call, no phone number for queries, I rely on your mercy to email when it suits you. Fellow consumer, be warned, never pay before delivery and order today, you might get delivery before Easter. I’m disgusted, not just by the delay but poor communication and customer centricity.
