Disgusting Service un happy customer

I have placed an order with Takealot on Sunday 23 Dec 2018 and received a response from them indicating that my item was to be delivered on Friday 28 Dec and nothing came on that day, on Monday 31 Dec I called them and spoke to Shireen who in turn told me that the delivery was to be made o 2 Jan 2019,it is now past four no phone all from their couriers to update me and no update made on my tracking status I have been sitting at home waiting for this item since and cannot move as I do not want to miss the delivery, no call no update and certainly no care about the efforts I am taking as a customer I should not be calling g them, next thing I get a customer satisfaction survey from Takealot without my item that I paid for being delivered to me what a cheek. I sent emails querying this not responses I am very disgusted with this service. I cannot keep on staying at home waiting for a delivery that is of no interest to Takealot and their disgusting couriers.
