Disgusting. Ordered a new laptop and recieved a faulty item. I was told I would have to contact Dell directly (after I had already sent it back and waited for a response.)

So takealot is happy to facilitate a sale of faulty goods but takes no responsibility for the problems.

I will deter every person possible from making use of this buying platform.
