Disgusting service Takealot

I received the incorrect size item, and returned it to Takealot, I requested the correct size in silver to be replaced, I was then sent a replacement again in the incorrect size and this time in black and not silvers as requested , I am seriously starting to doubt the service in Takealot as this is getting worse, this is not the first time that this has happened. I am seriously disgusted and upset with the appalling service I keep receiving from Takealot. please remember we the public are your customers and not just another number, stop treating your customers as just another number. I am very Unhappy.there is aleays problems with deliveries and getting the correct item
