Disgusting Service Recieved from Takealot

I recently ordered a Rear Samsung Speaker set from Takealot, i had placed the order on Tuesday, which was delivered the very next day only to find they HAD SENT ME the incorrect model and not the model which i had ordered.

I Immediately sent through a returns request, explaining that the product is fine though they have sent me the incorrect Speaker set, I also explained that i required the product by the weekend thus why i had ordered it so early in the week and simply asked for an exchange to the product i actually ordered.

This isn't a normal Return ISSUE as Takealot sent me the incorrect product, Ive tried numerous times to inform them of my displeasure only to be met with generic email responses!! IT IS NOT MY FAULT TAKEALOT DELIVERED THE INCORRECT ITEM! WHY MUST I HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG FOR AN EXCHANGE TAKEALOT GOT INCORRECT. They very quick to take your money, but a return takes this long!?!?!?!

Never have i been this displeased with Takealot's Service.
