DISGUSTING SERVICE - NO DELIVERY AFTER 31 DAYS - DONT buy big appliances from Takealot

over 30 days and i have not received my products. I ordered a Rattan Patio set (Order no: ***6 -R3139 ), this was to have been delivered on the 06th December 2019. instead i received a Volkana Bazooka speaker and not a patio set, I immediately notified Takealot and was told on the 7th Dec by Zinia Safodien that they would speak to courier company and revert back asap. on the 9th Dec I was told to log the return "Not what i ordered" which i did and I was contacted to make arrangements for them to collect the speaker (RRN-db6f-9df0), i also then received feedback from Austin L, Rest assured, provided we have the correct stock, you will still receive your suitable replacement. If however, we do not have stock, your Takealot profile will be credited accordingly. The Speaker was collected Thursday the 12th and i kept getting calls to find out if i returned it and if i had received an invoice from courier company .On the 13th Dec i had to do a follow up since no one had gotten back to me regarding when i would receive my patio set. Shortly therafter i received a call to say the Patio set is in Port Elizabeth and will be sent to JHB within 2 days , on the 20 Dec @ 08:44 I Received an email that the patio set was received at their warehouse and they will investigate why i ended up with wrong product. The very same day at 13:17 I received an email stating the item i wanted, the patio set was not available and my account with Take alot will be credited. Same daye at 14pm I received an email from Cher Titus asking if i still had the speaker. on the 23rd Dec i sent a formal complaint, on the 24th DEC i got an email from Cher Titus again stating that the patio set is out for delivery today and i should confirm if it was delivered as yet, on the 27th Dec i rep**** and notified Takealot that i still never received it, i then got an email from Thembakazi M, that stated they were informed by the courier company that the parcel will be delivered on the 30th Dec, needless to say today is the 6th Jan and i still havent recived it
