Disgusting service - no communication no progress on return/replacement, since 15 July 2023

MRRN-7MP8J-ZQEM, Siemens 90cm gas hob, malfunction-return-no communication-no progress My return MRRN-7MP8J-ZQEM, was lodged on 15 July. This is now the 21st of July with no update on the tracking (but the 15th), no progress. and no communication/feedback on 2 emails, horrible I was always promoting TakeAlot for their no-nonsense returns/replacement, but this experience is the first with , absolute disgrace what service levels have degraded to.

I will not buy appliances from TakeAlot anymore. Buy local, pay a bit more, but alt least no hassles in replacement, and communication will be easier.
