Disgusting service, Never again

Absolutely disgusting service ever, first time ordering already terrible service, my order was not delivered a whole expensive laptop on the app shows delivered on 05/12/23 at 17:57, I checked with all securities at my work no one knows about the order no driver called or texted when they arrived so I’m not sure who did they deliver it to, as a first time customer I’m so stressed out I swear I will end up in hospital due to heart attack please deliver my order and do my verification check with my ID card when delivering stupid drivers!! Tomorrow I will open up a police case this is not acceptable!
