Disgusting service/ Misleading customers/

Made an order on line on the 09/11/2022 and was advised the order will be ready for collection on the 12/11/2022 at the lenasia pickup point, To my surprise I was told that my package was still at the warehouse and will only receive it on the 14/11/2022 of which this was not the agreement and I need the package TODAY or my money back to go buy somewhere else TODAY. Called the call center spoke to a Lady named Nokukhanya after a lengthy conversation with no solution she decided to hung up the call, I called again spoke to Fabian which advised me he will ask Nokukhanya to call back and she didn't so I called again spoke to Nthatile and she also couldn't assist telling me that She will tell Nokukhanya to call me of which she did not. I called again spoke to Kauthar and she transfered me to Nokukhanya and after speaking to her still no solution. I regret ever knowing Takealot or even going on to their site. NEVER EVER AGAIN YOU GUYS ARE ***** AND YOU MISLEAD PEOPLE., Will be taking this to all the social media platforms. So disgusted with takealot
