Disgusting service from Takealot.com

I have recently, on 2 occasions, ordered items from Takealot that I have had to return. The first item was damaged and the second order the delivery was incomplete. After returning the items I was told that there is no more stock and they credited me the purchase price but not the delivery cost. With in a week they where advertising the same item but at a higher price. It seam like this is the norm with Takealot to just say that the item is out of stock so that the save on having to cover the return delivery cost. This practice in my view is absolutely ******** but I, as an individual small guy do not have the means to take them on so I post my experience here to warn all the other small guys in the world to be very weary of the quality of items purchased from Takealot and especially there after sales service. PS: they don't even deserve the 1 star rating.
