Disgusting service from Takealot.com

I have never experienced such discussing service from a supplier. We ordered a cat litter box from Takealot.com and they sent us only the door. then we follow their process of logging a return just to have the same item sent back to us. this has happened 5 times. Order # ********** 8, Return # RRN-98b8-86b3 Order # ********** 9, Return # RRN-c ********** Order # ********** 8, Return # RRN-718b-0110 Order # ********** 5, Return # RRN-e926-b884 Order # ********** , Return # RRN-a0c2-99e0 This has been the joke for more than a month. When we ask what is going on all we get told is "we are looking into the matter and will get back to you" well no one ever calls us back. This product is still active on their web page and shows "in stock' Now when we try phone to follow up, the call center is absolutely rude and then puts the phone down on us because we asked to speak to a manager.. is this how Takealot treats its customers...
