Disgusting service from Takealot

Extremely poor service I received from Takealot.com I purchased remote control car toy and it was delivered on the 29th Jan 2020. Then I realised the Car is defected/not operating then I filled a return form on Takealot to come collect the car because is not working and it was scheduled to be collected on the 6th February 2020 the driver did not come and they never said anything until I sent an email telling them the car is not collected. They rescheduled for the parcel to be collected the following day but still they did not collected and never said anything until I sent email then a lady by the name Olivia responded and said they will reschedule again to collect but again the driver did not come. I sent another email and a lady by the name Monica Ndlovu responded and they will send a driver still the driver did not come, I sent another email and then Lizwe responded and said he will escalate the matter and revert back till today I am still waiting for his responds. I then called their customer care yesterday and a guy by the name Ochad said it will be collected on the 11th Feb but still they did not collect, I called again today they said the driver is on his way and now is 4:30pm the driver has not even called. I am very disappointed with Takealot they just betrayed my trust on them. please collect your parcel and refund my money I no longer want a replacement
