Disgusting service from takealot

My order was placed on the in December on takealot. Com, my delivery date was on the 13/01/2023 the delivery service goes to the wrong address and doesn't call to enquire and states on the app that the recipient has refused delivery, i there after did a follow-up call and spoke to aeyesha and said that she would find out from the delivery service and get back to me, the delivery service guy calls and advised that the package will be delivered on the 14/01/2023 at 09h00am , i went on my app at 10h00 am today and on the app its states that the recipient refused delivery when no one came to the property, disgusting service and how can they lie, i ordered stationary for my kids and school is on Monday , i called 7 times and stressed on the point that no one came to the property and i need it to be delivered, i said that the rescheduled is not possible I want it to be delivered to but after advising this to the agent pearl from takealot customer service she rescheduled for monday terrible service with no customer service, i kept calling today and every person i spoke to cut the call, please help urgently very disappointed in takealot and their customers service is disgusting and so are there courier companies that lies...
