Disgusting service from takealot

Ordered a Xhosa inspired dress on Takealot , the dress arrived and it was massively big , returned and the seller decided to tailor it instead of giving me a new dress , now takealot has refused to give me a refund they because I apparently altered the dress , they can keep the dress as a donation from me
