Disgusting service from takealot

Disgusting service, unprofessional and highly recommended people to move over to Amazon. Deliveries late even though extra money was payed. Then they schedule the delivery and then at end of the day state recipient wasn't available to recieve parcel but yet I was home, security didn't call. Not the first time either. Takealot need to be brought off their high horse and given a huge wake up call. I will never use takealot again specially how everything was handled. I requested a manager and nothing, they don't bother calling and respond with nonsense on their own time. Tired of takealot nonsense now. They even refused to allow me to collect my parcel instead of delivering it. Disgusting service.
