DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT!!!!!!!!!!

we bought a Mellerware cordless glass kettle and steam iron combo on special at R299. Order number #***3 which was delivered 26 August 2019. The kettle worked perfectly but the iron was faulty. We had to return complete combo and then we were told that they no longer had stock which was a lie as we saw they did have but just at a higher price!!!!! Both items are supposed to have 2 year warranty so why not get the iron sorted out for us!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE SHOCKING SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT!!!!!!!
