Disgusting Service from take lot

I ordered medicine online from Takealot.com. I was expecting to receive it on Monday the 5th of August. To my surprise I got an sms saying my order is ready at collection point on Friday the 2nd. When I got there I only received a booklet of the medication. When I asked the person assisting me she told me to log a return on the app. When I try to do that it said the item is unreturnable.
