Disgusting service/ failed delivery

I had an order to be delivered i.e. #***5. It was mentioned that the order will be delivered by Saturday 7th december (guaranteed). Called takealot in the week to reschedule for sunday 8th December, apparently would happen once order arrives. I received an sms on the Friday stating the order to be deliver before 2pm Saturday . On Saturday no order arrives, called takealot they insisted that the order will be delivered by 2pm or reschedule for next day. Courier pitches up before 2pm for delivery for my neighbor same complex however does not have my order. New courier wants to now deliver at 5pm i am not home, so asks him to please deliver 8th Dec. On sunday i get a call the order to be delivered by monday before 3pm. I call the centre and tell them the above story, they 'apparently' contacted the courier and the order is to be delivered on monday 9th dec. I call the centre agent to speak to a manager they make me wait for some time then state i will be transferred only to go back to the voice prompt to select to speak to deliveries. Are you yakealot running a ****ing joke of a business? What is going on here? I specifically asked for this order for the weekend. On weekdays i am at my work address and cannot receive this item. This is totally disgusting what type of service you are running!!! Sort my order out!
