Disgusting service

Service is disgusting, I ordered an item with a week delivery 2 days before the item must be shipped they cancel my order without any communication. I mean real they waisted a week of my time I could've bought the item somewhere else if they informed me they can't get the item. A week later i ordered an item for same day collection and they still Charge me the R50 same day collection fee, to my surprise when I check later in the day the status of my order the collection has moved up with 2 days without even notifying me. Takealot service has gone down the drain you will loose customer thanks Amazon sa to my rescue got my items the next day Gauranteed.
