Disgusting service delivery

I am an above knee amputee and live on crutches they give me freedom, I do not drive a car and needed new crutches so I placed an order the other day for 2 black elbow crutches which my budget allowed. It was my first order with takealot and it was over R500. First they tried to deliver on Sunday with no phone call and I live on a plot and cannot run to the gate in a minute. So they left and sent me a message to say they would attempt to deliver the next day. Monday came and the expected delivery came but to my shock I find 2 completely different crutches from 2 different companies and not the product I ordered. I then had to log a return and phoned to complain. Today was collection for return and they would only take one crutch back as they said the other must be collected by someone else as it must go back to another supplier. This is disgusting service and customer care what do I do with one crutch that I never ordered.
