Disgusting service delivery

The fact that Takealot has many disappointing reviews on Hello Peter and has not responded to any one of them, shows that the company is not interested in retaining any of there valued customers.

Takealot your service delivery is disgusting, I logged a return on the 6/12 and received a notification on the 16/12 that there are parts missing on the product, made numerous calls to your customers service department, I am constantly told that this is a warehouse and courier problem, this is clearly an internal issue and has absolutely nothing to do with the customer as all parts were supp**** to the courier service, who in turn, mind you did take a photo of the parts received.

Clearly my return will only be handled next year!!!!
