DISGUSTING SERVICE, DAYLIGHT ******* . ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!

I placed an order from take a lot on the 6th of June . order number: *** I had ordered the below items: earings, bag, Shield Mr Sheen mould spray and toothbrush replacement heads. I received a delivery but all that was in the box was a nebuliser of which i did not order. None of the items i had ordered were delivered. I then logged a return for each item, and they came to collect the nebuliser. The tooth brush holders were eventually delivered on 19 June. I see on my order that the earings will also be delivered 21 June. However i am not sure what take a lot has done with my bag and the Shield mould spray. I keep getting calls from take a lot drivers saying they are coming to collect from me. What exactly are the coming to collect? The incorrect item has already been collected. The bag was not delivered neither was the shield spray ... i have complained a number of times they are just a very confused bunch !!! I have asked for someone to contact me but no one is coming back to me instead they keep sending drivers to come and collect?????????? This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!! If you are failing to deliver my items please refund my money. The bag was supposed to be birthday gift for my daughter's sweet 16, and it was never delivered and still hasnt!!!!
