Disgusting service

My order was meant to be delivered 21/12.. It was not. I contacted Takealot as the courier did not even bother to contact me,this was a Christmas present ordered on the 13/12.Was promised it would be delivered by close of business on Friday. The courier has not been in touch at all,again I have received a message at 7pm stating that they could not deliver my package,utter nonsense they did not even try someone was here all day to receive it. Disgusting service Takealot&Courier It. This is not the second nor the third time these couriers have simply just not delivered and I have received utter useless messages stating that they tried but could not deliver my parcel. Thanks my daughter won’t get her present on Christmas. And Takealot you will never see another cent out of me,beyond useless.
