Disgusting service at the pick up point in bank city

I logged a return for microwave, and opt to drop it at one of their pick up point at bank city in Johannesburg.

When I got there greeting was not enough the guy was extremely rude over the microwave not having a box, when I asked how can I keep boxes for things I buy for use.

The guy literally told us to leave with the microwave to look for a box which I refused walking around with a microwave at the CBD I went to get a box at a shop next to it when I came back he told me to go use another pick up point my things will be received on my “ass” . He didn’t forget to let me know of he’s name which I even forgot as I was fuming and said he is the manager of the place. I just want all the stuff I bought collected.

The microwave i left it there as he refused to check it in if what he decides to do with it is absolutely up to him.
