Disgusting Service at take a lot

Disgusting service at take a lot, i ordered 2 baby backpacks on the 25 of September whith the total of R501. take a lot delivered afolding bag which is not even similar to what i ordered and cost R385. I'm very disappointed and won't even recommend take a lot to my family aand friends because their service sucks!
