Disgusting service and lying delivery people

On 31 December a parcel was suppose to be delivered to me 8n Bellville Glenhaven. We stayed home waiting as the sms sent at 13.00h said it wil be delivered before 17.00h. The email to confirm the order said guaranteed 31 December delivery. After waiting the whole day an sms was sent to say couldn't get hold of recipient. We were not even called to ask if we are home. After checking the tracker i noticed that the couriers were never in pur area. They decided that we weren't hom from Rosenpark bellville. This is the second time this month they couldn't deliver. The first time was in the beginning of this month when i placed my order before the christmas cut off delivery date. On 3 occasions they delayed the order. My husband later fetched it from their shop in Milnerton where he only received half of the goods. What happened to the other stuff? Their service sucks.
