Disgusting service and horrible *****

The worst service ever. Beyond terrible. My package was meant to be delivered today. After I noticed it was getting late , I called takealot to voice my concerns and to let them know I won't be available from the 30th till February month end and they assures me my packaged will be delivered before 19h00 today the 29th as the tracking info stated. I even went as far to drive to their collection point in Faerie Glen and the agents there told me takealot call centre agents are ***** . Turns out they were right , my package delivery date changed from the 29th of December to the 31st of December with no communication at all after all the calls I made to them. Don't buy anything from this *****. Alll they offer is horrible service and lying. Buy from other service providers
