Disgusting service and false promises

I placed an order 8 am on the 1st of August , selected all in stock items and paid for express delivery for a day or two later. After paying I get my order confirmation and delivery date of the 7th , one of the items is suddenly showing as 5 to 7 days delivery time .

I immediate logged a ticket to ask to split the order and send all other items as planned , and to send the suddenly out of stock item later! I get an email to say it will be done , and then today I get another email to say delivery will be on the 6th !!! How can all the instock items that were planned for the 2nd now only be available on the 6 th ?!!
