Disgusting service and Fabrication of unknown issues

I refer to the above order of a hisense sound bar that I regret purchasing from you takealot. I returned this product because it was no longer producing any sound. To my surprise I received an email from your unprofessional useless and disrespectful employee of yours Sabelo Mathebula stating that the sound bar had physical user damage. What nonsense is this??? I personally wrapped that product and put it in a box and ther was not any damage on that sound bar. Now because you don't want to fix or replace it you are now fabricating stories. I am not stupid to send back a product that I know cannot qualify for warrantee. What do you take me for. This is day light *******. You are selling defective electrical gadgets and in turn you blame the client. I will deal with this matter and I will institute a lawsuit which you will regret. If it means spending thousands I will do so, you have no idea of what you are starting. I hate you TAKEALOT with passion. I bought from you and trusted you but this is the way you repay me. You are ******* and I will take this further also with hisense. I want to know why they deal with ********* like you. My product had no any physical damage. You damage it yourselves nxaaaaa!!!!
