Disgusting Service

The fact that you are unable to speak to anyone so that you can elaborate your request or concern is very bad, the staff hides behind emails as they know that there is no way for you to speak to them in order to reason with them or explain your situation. I am disappointed of the service I was literally told that if I don't accept a return of an item that was already opened and used before they would abandon it (throw it away) even though I was still elaborating my reasoning this tells me that no one cared to investigate my matter they were just keeping to the policy which Is not client centric. At some point I the I was getting different conflicting email from their staff which was confusing and unprofessional.
