Disgusting Service

I bought a gas stove on the 18 th of April, when I opened the box the stove was damaged and I logged a return on the Take a lot App 3 times and they rejected it and referred me to a Company Called Stingray, I emailed them and they sent me back to take a lot I logged another return and still Take a lot or Stingray doesn’t want to take responsibility and I’m stuck with a broken stove that I never used and that I paid for with my hard earned money. I find this very frustrating and unprofessional.
