Disgusting Service

I purchased a Dremel 3000 with accessories a few months back, however it started making funny noises, I then decided to return the item as faulty - (MRRN-r68g8-kz89) included was the accessories...The driver makes collections often without hiccups, so he is ruled out. I was then told there is cutting discs missing from the accessories, upon reviewing the wharehouse photo, I noticed the eazi clic mandrel was also missing...which they did not notice based on the communication I have received. They have decided to send the items back to me to deal with...subtly labelling me a *****, even though they themselves were not sure of what was missing? Slap in the face,Does this sound like fair practice?
