Disgusting service

I bought a humidifier from Takealot and the power switch was broken. I logged a return and it was approved. I returned it a few hours later to the Hillfox pickup point as agreed. It’s been exactly 2 weeks now and I still haven’t received my refund. Im disgusted with the service I’m receiving from Takealot. I have called them numerous times with no solution. I will not use this company anymore as they stole my money
