Disgusting service

So on the 25th July i purchased a Canon PIXMA MG3640 A4 3-in1 Multi function Wi-Fi Inkjet Printer - and a cable separate, on Friday the 3rd July they delivered my cable only when i went online to see the progress of my printer, they canceled my order with no prior warning, or courtesy call , i have since missed a good few specials and still had to wait for my account to be credited, i could not get through to them telepathically, i submitted an online request whereby an agent said that i requested cancellation, which is not true and i want them to prove that,, They further incorrectly credited my account - the cable cost R83 and the printer R1299 i paid R202.40 cash and 1179.60 in ebucks.......they only credited my ebucks, so you telling me im blond enough to pay R83.00 for a cable and R119.40 for delivery?????????????????? i want my account corrected nad they WILL allocate interest for the days they took to refund me as i did not request a refund.......................
