Disgusting Service

I placed an order with takealot on 20/05/2020 order#***1 and i received an sms on Monday that I will receive my order on Tuesday 26th by 5PM but i haven't received my order even today. It was my daughter's birthday on 26/05/2020 and i had to look in her sad eyes to explain why i didn't have a present for her. What you guys did was heartless imagine having to explain to your daughter that u do not have a present for on her birthday. I have sent them emails, DM'd them on Twitter but i still haven't received any response from them and i haven't received my order yet.
