Disgusting service

One of my items were not in my package. No one is getting back to me and I've emailed numerous times so they've taken my money but wont send the other item. They said twice that they couldn't deliver my other package but both times I dialed my gate open and my domestic went and no one was there. What's amazing is that each time I dialed the gate open I got the message they couldnt deliver. Absolutely shocking service. I do all my shopping on takealot. Not ever again! And I havent received my refund for my other cancelled items and mobicred said the problem is on takealot side
