Disgusting service

These guys are useless. I bought a Samsung phone on 17 June and their site said to expect the phone by 26 June. Okay, I thought that is a bit longer than I wanted, but OK. Still no phone to day. I logged a complaint and all I am told is that they are aiting for stock. So I contacted the supplier to them. He tells me and sends me a copy of a delivery note that the phone was delivered to them on 18 June. Its now 6 July. The tracking status still shows that takealot is waiting for stock. No ability to say refund me, no email or call to say, we are sorry for the bad service, someone in our organisation probably stole your phone and we are doing what we can to get you another one. Nothing......
