Disgusting service

Disgusting service!!! I have a return that had to go back to Takealot.com last week. I followed all their instructions. Emailed the required codes and pictures asap. Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday...no one arrives to collect my return items. I keep being told a driver will arrive and no one arrives. No one can tell me why this driver hasn't arrived, except to say it is a busy time of year. No one can give me a honest day and time for collection. It is disgusting.

Takealot.com hasn't been in operation for one year. Every December is busy. That is no excuse. How can you tell a customer a driver is on the way and no one shows??? You schedule your deliveries and collections. I have lost 4 work days due to this disgusting, inefficient, unreliable service. I thought I was saving money by purchasing my items through Takealot.com but it has cost me money now. Who will reimburse the work time I have lost wasted at home waiting for driver who never shows?

There is no phone number to call. This is hands down the most unreliable company I have had the misfortune of dealing with and I will never purchase with you again.
