Disgusting Service

I ordered goods on the 30/11/2017 to date it did not arrive, after numerous calls and emails and asking for assistance on twitter I get an email your account will be credited. Easy way out has they are out of stock on the items I purchased. Furthermore if my package arrived at the warehouse why couldn't takealot have it delivered to me. The attitudes of some of the consultants handling my query is pathetic. No empathy at all. "We sorry for the service we happy to refund you" after how many days later??????????????. Promises were made by a team leader and agents and frankly they did not live up to expectation. Disgusted.
