Disgusting Service

I had an order which was due to be delivered today, when I went onto my app to track my delivery I saw the order was sent back to warehouse. I am extremely upset as the driver made no contact with me and did not come to our reception area of my workplace as indicated. When i called into the office i was told unfortuanately they cant get the driver to deliver the package as he cancelled the order and i got his name, Herman Ngawuma from N1 City, Parrow branch. This is so frustrating as this is the second time this is happening as you can see i ordered the same products. This is totally unacceptable, its a cash order and i went out of my way this morning to go to the atm before work to have the money ready for when my delivery come. I am so done with shopping with takealot and i will make sure i share my bad experience with my colleagues, friends and family. Disgusted that this happen twice to me.
