Disgusting service

Disgusting service from a company which suppose to be the best....after delivering the incorrect quantity of my order (which was FULLY PAID FOR)they sent it the next day when the driver comes he insists i did not pay and was beyond rude when i told him that it was FULLY PAID FOR...why should i even have to explain to him the whole situation as it he should’ve been explained from whoever he reports to and should’ve been made aware! Really disgusted to be insulted in front of people telling me i have not paid for the items and he cant give it to me....take alot....please look me up as a customer on your system as i am not a fly by night, iv been buying alot from you guys and if u dont value your customers we can rather buy else where!!
